Failing at work is not Failing in life

Our lives revolve around work and making a living. So when you are failing at work, it is easy to think you are failing at life too. But you are not. Your life is richer and more valuable than any work.

Be encouraged! If this is your learning season, then failing is part of the process.
I have actively led a B2B Digital sales team across multiple countries in Africa for the past 4 years and I have seen intelligent, hardworking and knowledgeable people get crushed under the weight of failing to meet KPIs.

I have fired some, but here’s one thing I let them know, failing at work IS NOT failing in life. For some people, this is what they need to turn a corner and finally start realizing their potential.
